Triponza is a family operated guest house with a fully equipped, yet, personalized beauty salon and hairstudio on the premises, with lots of charm and character. Everything about Triponza depicts warmth, with a caring touch. We are centrally situated on the borders of Bedfordview, Edenvale and Germiston. Triponza offers you a true country atmosphere in the heart of the city.

We offer, in our unique Bed and Breakfast triple story octagon glass building set on the rocks, (City View) 7 tastefully furnished rooms with a dining room that can seat 24 people, as well as a comfortable lounge. Another building (Jungle View) on the premises houses 3 equally tasteful bedrooms, yet more private, overlooking the swimming pool area.

This landmark was built in 1975 and featured in The STAR newspaper's front page in 1977. A framed clipping of this front page, can be seen in the foyer upon entering the dining room.

Each room has a 180 degree view overlooking Johannesburg, Sandton, Edenvale, and Kempton Park. A sophisticated alternative to hotels that ensures our guests will enjoy a warm, friendly, relaxing stay, while your privacy and security is of utmost importance to us behind high brick boundary walls with ample secure parking. Smoking is restricted to designated areas.

There is a swimming pool and outside Jacuzzi nestled in a large garden with benches all over to sit and enjoy the Africa sun, or do bird watching. The gardens have prolific bird-life because of the indigenous trees and nests. Some of the regular birds (in their seasons) are starlings, black-collar barbets, long-billed wood hoepoe, crested barbet, robin, grey louries, shrike, mouse-birds, African hoepoe, hadedas and others.

There is a health spa on the property for the convenience of our guests.

The location could not be better situated within 10 minutes from O. R Tambo International Airport on the border of Germiston, Edenvale, and Bedfordview with easy access to all major highways and close to Rand Airport, Johannesburg, Sandton and Pretoria as well as major sporting venues like Ellis Park (Coca Cola Park), Wanderers, Herman Immelman Stadium, Delville Swimming pool, etc

A traditionally South African breakfast served from seasonal fruit, yogurt, cereals, bacon, sausages, fritters, eggs, etc is standard. We also cater for halaal and vegetarian, if booked in advance.

Other services include Airport transfers, laundry, internet facilities as well as sightseeing information and bookings for Soweto, game drives and other places of interest. Lunch and dinner is catered for, by prior arrangement.

For the business traveller, there’s a small study table in each room and wireless internet facility is available. Industrial areas like Isando, Sebenza, Wadeville etc are all close by.
